Oh i get it, in that case - it depends simply on your model - if the material is doublesided (which is by default from what i know) it will be rendered from both sides.
Do not unzip the file. Just go to User Preferences in Blender, go to the tab 'Addons'navigate to the downloaded zip file, select it and press install addon in the bottom right corner. It should be installed after that. Make sure you are using 1.3.4 version.

I use Blender 4.5.3 and while trying to install the add-on it gives me the error message:
GetSheetDonePreferences.__init__() takes 1 positional argument but 2 were given
